on Argo2 after the original VFX contractor has lost all control over the project. When I took over there were 527 fx shots, 27451 frames to work on. The average fx shot was 52 frames long. From 527 shots 17! was ready, 148 was wip and 362 was nowhere …
My task was to manage and supervise all these shots, to make shot groups, to find studios, to give these shot groups to the studios, to supervise the shots … basically everything. That was one bloody mess I had to solve. Never again! :D
